Ordering Terms

Material Safety Data Sheets [MSDS] are available upon request for all items that require an MSDS under the Hazardous Communication Standard (1910.1200). If you would like an MSDS before you order, please call our Customer Care Staff at 808-841-7683 between the hours of 8am and 4pm HST.

Any prices listed on this site are subject to confirmation. You agree to pay all charges payable for your order. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items that you may buy. We also reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.

Shipment & Delivery

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible, and within any time indicated. However, we are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control. We will endeavor to notify users if delivery is delayed. All items with a final destination off of the Island of Oahu will be delivered by a third party, and delivery is governed by their shipping contracts. We reserve the right not to ship to certain addresses.We do charge fees for the following:

Delivery, pickup and standby of printers, dryers other large items
Having a forklift, other lifting equipment or a crew to help unload trucks will reduce time charge
Setup and training on certain machines and software

Return Policy

From first visit through to order delivery, we at One Shot & Grafic Art Supplies Inc. want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. However, if an incorrect item was shipped, or has been damaged, it may be necessary to return the item to us.

Authorization must be obtained from our customer service staff and is required for ALL returns. To obtain an authorization, phone our staff at 808-841-7683, Weekdays, 8am to 4pm Hawaii Standard Time (-10 GMT). Please have a copy of your receipt available as we will ask for specific information from it. If we authorize a return, you will be given another number which must accompany your return.

Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of authorization and no more than 30 days after original purchase. If we correctly shipped the item that you ordered, return shipping charges are your responsibility. One Shot & Grafic Art Supplies, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any merchandise without a valid return authorization to the customer. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact. All components, manuals and registration card(s) included. Products we sell without packaging must be in clean, marketable condition.

Any shipment that is returned incomplete, or damaged, — if accepted — will incur a deduction of the amount credited.

Return Policy Notes

All returned or exchanged items must be accompanied by a sales invoice or delivery tag.
We cannot refund or exchange items that have obvious customer use or damage.
No refunds or exchanges on returned items after 30 days from the date of purchase.
All returned items are assessed a 15% restocking fee.
Clearance, sale, special order or custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds will be credited to your account, or a check will be mailed.

Rental Equipment Disclaimer

The equipment will be inspected upon return. If for any reason the equipment is not in working order the customer agrees to be financially responsible for repairs of equipment that malfunctions or is damaged due to negligence or improper use while in the customers possession. The customer will also be responsible to replace any equipment at full face value if it can’t be repaired.

Warranty Disclaimer

Seller does not have specific information concerning how the product(s) sold will be used and does not know the details concerning the packaging, handling or procedures which may be employed in association with any particular product sold. Notwithstanding any suggestions or recommendations which we or any other manufacturer of products advertised herein may have offered, the Buyer/User affirms that no warranties have been made by us concerning the proper usage of any product sold herein or the fitness of any product for the particular purpose employed by the Buyer/User. Buyer/User acknowledges that is as not relied upon our skill or judgment in selecting goods suitable for the particular use which Buyer/User intents to put same.

We also hereby give notice and the Buyer/User agrees that any statement made by us in the sale or advertising of the products shall not create any warranty that the product is fit for a particular purpose. All such statements or descriptions are informational only and are not given as a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Buyer/User is solely responsible for determining the adequacy of each product sold herein for the particular use or uses to which they may be applied. Any misstatements, errors or omissions made by us in the advertising of the product(s) shall not create any liability for One Shot & Grafic Art Supplies, Inc. It is the Buyer/User’s sole responsibility to determine the accuracy of all advertising statements. At no time do we assume responsibility for compliance with any Federal, State or Local laws, rules, ordinances of regulations.

Prices subject to Change without Notice – Quoted prices hold for 60 days or as noted on such. Quoted prices for special orders include ground and/or ocean shipping unless otherwise noted. Prices listed within the One Shot & Grafic Art Supplies Online Warehouse (The Store) may be changed at any time without prior notification.

General Excise Taxes – All sales delivered within the State of Hawaii will be assessed 4.166%. Furthermore, all sales delivered within the City & County of Honolulu (ie. Oahu) will be assessed an additional 0.546%.
