Directions For Use

Surface Preparation:

• Apply over clean, dry surfaces which are free from wax, grease, dust, chalk, etc., and have been primed with the appropriate 1-Shot/Chromatic Primer.
• Cardboard, paper and stretched canvas do not require priming.
• Metal should be primed.

Mix Ratios:
Stir thoroughly before using. All colors except 3099 Black, may be intermixed with each other. 3099 is a stand alone color.

Reducers:
Thinning is generally not required, but thin sparingly if needed for application with 1-Shot Reducers ZZ6000
Chromaflow Enhancer, ZZ6001 Low Temperature Reducer (for fast setup) or ZZ6002 High Temperature
Reducer (for slow setup). No more than 10%.

Drying Times:
Drying time is best when temperature is above 65°F. Between 50°F and 65°F, drying time is much slower. Paint will not completely dry below 50°F. Dry times vary by color, application method, temperature, humidity
and film thickness.

• Dry to touch: 30-45 minutes
• Dry to handle: 3 to 4 hours
• Dry to Recoat: 12 to 16 hours

Equipment:
Brush, roll, spray or airbrush

Equipment Cleaning:

• Clean equipment with mineral spirits
• Clean brushes with 1-Shot 4004 Brush Cleaner

Storage:
To minimize waste after 1/4 or more of the contents have been used and the remainder is to be saved for a
week or more, store what is left in a smaller, sealed full container. Rotate contents by inverting container at least
once a month to prevent pigments from settling.
