MultiCut BlockOut is produced with a special blockout layer that prevents dye migration from dyed polyester fabrics. BlockOut has excellent opacity which allows for the printing of graphics onto white, light colored shirt or black dark colored shirts with no color changes. With low temperature application BlockOut Soft is perfect for sensitive fabrics.

This product is not a hazardous product with regards to transportation legislation; neither does it contain substances that are hazardous to water within the meaning of the federal water act. After use, dispose of the waste product in accordance with the local / national authorities.
This Product is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified
The OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 is an independent testing and certification system for textile raw materials, intermediate and end products at all stages of production. Examples for items eligible for certification: Raw and dyed/finished yarns, raw and dyed/finished fabrics and knits, ready-made articles (all types of clothing, domestic and household textiles, bed linen, terry cloth items, textile toys and more).
The requirement for certification of textile products according to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 is that all components of an item have to comply with the required criteria without exception – that means in addition to the outer material also sewing threads, linings, prints etc. as well as non-textile accessories such as buttons, zip fasteners, rivets etc.

Multi Color Layering
When producing multi-colored designs, Metallics 4UL20-4UL30, Neons 4UL40-4UL43, and Light Blue 4UL03 cannot be layered.
MultiColor designs
When producing MultiColor designs, it is recommended that cutline for all cutlines be cut for each color. After cutting weed off all parts that are not needed. The excess cut lines will help with color registration.
Storage
MultiCut-Ultra has an indefinite shelf life when stored at room temperature. Keep away from direct heat, sunlight and humidity. Keep backing free of dust and other particles
Cutting Notes
You should always test cut prior to any production run. Cutter settings may need to be adjusted as your blade ages. For optimal cutting and weeding, maintain a line thickness of at least 1/8” for lettering & logos.
